Production Line Worker

A Kerepehi-based employer is seeking a reliable and motivated Process Worker to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will support the smooth operation of the manufacturing process, working alongside a dedicated and passionate team committed to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: • Participate in both manual and automated production processes, gaining valuable experience across the full manufacturing cycle. • Rotate stock and ensure stock levels are maintained as required. • Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness within the production environment. • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by adhering to lean manufacturing principles. • Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25kg as required.

Job Requirements
• A reasonable level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role. • Must be reliable and punctual. • Must have their own transport to the site. • Must be drug and alcohol-free. • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
