Yard Person

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual for the position of Yard Hand Labourer at our Maces Rd yard, starting in the new year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced work environment.

Below are the key responsibilities and requirements for the role: Key Responsibilities:

Oxy/LPG Gas Cutting: Experience preferred, but training can be provided. Forklift Operations: A full class 1 license is required. F endorsement and certifications are an advantage. Machinery Operating: While prior experience is beneficial, we will provide training for the right candidate. Customer Service: Must be friendly, approachable, and able to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner. General Yard Tasks: A variety of duties around the yard, such as assisting with stock management, maintaining yard cleanliness, and supporting team members.

Experience with oxy/LPG gas cutting and forklift operations is preferred but not essential. Must hold a full class 1 driver’s license. F endorsement and certifications (OSH) required. Comfortable with machinery operations and willing to learn. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for this role. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
