Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed, accuracy, and creativity • Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all patrons • Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-maintained, in line with health and safety regulations • Assist with inventory management, stock control, and cost tracking to ensure operational efficiency • Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring high standards of service and consistent drink preparation • Monitor customer feedback and make improvements to enhance the overall guest experience • Comply with liquor licensing laws and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times

Job Requirements

• LCQ (Liquor Control Qualification) required • Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment • Demonstrated expertise in mixing, preparing, and presenting a wide variety of cocktails and beverages • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a memorable guest experience • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, thriving in a busy, dynamic bar setting • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and presentation • Gaming and cash handling experience is desirable • Must pass a drug & MOJ check
