We provide a range of art classes, workshops and therapy to vulnerable and disadvantaged people, as well as the wider community. we’re seeking a highly organised and experienced Funding and Trust Administrator. This role handles all financial and administrative tasks, co-ordinates events, manages our funding processes and relationships and supports the Board of Trustees. This role is essential for ensuring our organisation’s efficiency and community impact. We are looking for someone with financial acumen and administrative proficiency who is well-organised, and great at getting things done. Most importantly, you have compassion for our customers, want to make a real difference in people’s lives and come to work every day with a smile and a great attitude.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities • Management of all day-to-day finance tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable, reporting and maintaining our financial system • Process our fortnightly payroll for our small team • Manage all IRD obligations • Provide administrative support to the organisation and staff • Assist in managing our exhibition logistics, co-ordinating marketing, sponsor relations and resourcing. • Prepare Board meeting documents and accounts, attend monthly meetings to prepare minutes, and manage the onboarding of new board members. • Prepare and submit funding applications, liaise with funders, manage ongoing reporting, and other grant related tasks. Key skills • Great communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proven experience in book keeping or accounting, using Xero or similar • Experience with Crystal Payroll (or similar) and managing payroll obligations • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and good at learning new technology such as Canva. • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail • Able to work independently

- This role will be part time, initially 20 hours per week, increasing to 30 – 35 hours from April, Monday to Friday. (30 hours per week)
