The Role: We’re seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping people, excels at managing schedules, and enjoys keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat. Schedule jobs efficiently and communicate timelines to customers. Manage and update job schedules to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate staff rosters, taking into account availability and job requirements. Provide administrative support to ensure seamless workflow. Collaborate with team members to solve scheduling conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction. Invoicing

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using scheduling and communication tools A proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administration is a plus but not required. Reliable Transport Must be able to pass a criminal check Must be able to pass a Drug Test
