Trainee Glass Technician

Gisborne employer is seeking a Trainee Glass Technician to join their team. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week. Daily duties will include but not limited to: assisting with the repair and replacement of vehicle windscreens and windows, provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction, maintain a clean and organized workspace, complete paperwork and documentation, learn to handle tools, adhesives, and materials safely, accurately all while following the health and safety protocols at all times. The successful candidate must have the ability to work well within a team, communicate easy with others but most of all be willing to learn and listen. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone eager to learn a trade and build a career in the automotive industry. No direct prior experience is necessary — just a great attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn!
