As part of a small, friendly team, the responsibilities will include: • Assisting customers in-store and through phone/email inquiries, providing outstanding service. • Merchandising products and ensuring the store is clean, organised, and inviting. • Specialising in the safe installation of child car seats, supporting families in making informed, confident decisions about their child's safety. • Offering a caring, knowledgeable approach to understand customers’ needs and preferences, ensuring they feel supported during their shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be: • A motivated, customer-focused individual with a positive, can-do attitude. • Patient and able to connect with customers to help them make informed choices. • Capable of meeting sales targets and assisting with tasks like stock handling and heavy lifting. • A team player, always willing to help out wherever needed.

Comprehensive training will be provided for successful applicants, including instruction on car seat installation and safety procedures, so no prior experience is required.
