Maybe you do not have any formal qualifications but have common-sense and great life skills that you could use to support others and get paid to do so.
This position would suit someone who is flexible and prepared to work variable shifts including evenings and weekend – someone with a great attitude and life skills to work with individuals with a disability, supporting them to achieve their goals.
To be successful in this role you will be a good coach and motivator, with an ability to support another person to achieve their goals towards gaining independence.
The focus of the role is to enhance independence, choice and control for disabled people to live a quality of life as valued members of their community.
Job Requirements

- Hours are dependent on the staff and client availability and may work up to fulltime hours if we get more clients in the areas. (20 hours per week)
