A clothing alteration service in Remuera is seeking an experienced Seamstress /Tailor to join their team. Employer offers part time or flexible hours of work. Pay rate is $24 per hour, can be negotiable for experienced candidates.
We are looking for someone with some previous experience in the area of production occupation, textile apparel and furnishings and curtain making industry. Candidate must have experience in using industrial sewing machine, blind hemming, overlocking and pleating and have an understanding of pattern design.
Job Requirements
1. Must have at least 6 months previous experience in the area of production occupation, textile apparel and furnishings and curtain making industry. 2. Must have at least 6 months experience in using industrial sewing machine, blind hemming, overlocking and pleating and have an understanding of pattern design. 3. Must have good communication skills 4. Must be able to work flexible hours and days from Monday to Friday and be available to start immediately. 5. Have reliable transport to get to work.

- Rostered between Monday to Friday 9: 00 am to 4:00pm (12 hours per week)
