Job Requirements
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be required to oversee the daily tasks and duties of kaimahi, but not limited to:- - Setting the scene and building the culture of the environment at this bar restaurant - Supervising liquor, gaming, health and other laws and regulations - Connecting with customers and - Take food and drink orders - Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments) - Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives - Supervise and motivate - Communicate with patrons and evaluate their needs - Identify and Handle/ diffuse situations - ensure the bar and hotel is functional and presentable - Support great culture with both staff and hotel environment.
Must have LCQ and Manager's Certificate. Gaming operations experience preferred and at least 2 years experience required for bar operations. We would love to hear from you if you love this industry and feel like your skills match this mahi.
