Local supermarket seeking the following
CHECKOUT SUPERVISOR
CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER
These full-time roles are ideal for experienced customer service professionals looking to apply their expertise in a leadership position, as well as motivated individuals eager to develop themselves. You’ll help shape the customer experience, leading by example, motivating and inspiring our frontline team across Checkout, Customer Services, Lotto and Cafe. As key members of our team, you’ll also serve as a Duty Manager, ensuring regulatory compliance in the sale of restricted goods.
Job Requirements
More then 2 years’ experience in management with a strong focus on customer service. Qualification in Business, Management or related field advantageous (not essential for Checkout Supervisor role). Outstanding leadership abilities and passion for coaching, developing and motivating teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively. Experience in staff scheduling, resource management, and budget control. Liquor Controllers Qualification and Duty Managers License, or willingness to acquire
