Drainage Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Drainage, Sewerage, and Storm water Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of drainage, sewerage, and storm water systems. This role requires hands-on experience, as well as the ability to use initiative to solve problems and efficiently operate specialized equipment, such as water blasters and cameras. The successful candidate will be a reliable and agile team player who is committed to delivering high-quality work while adhering to safety standards.

Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills for reporting, scheduling, and communication with team members. Water Blasting and Camera Operation: Experience operating water blasting equipment and camera systems for pipe inspection is a plus (training may be provided). Driving License: Full driver’s license is required; a Class 2 or HT license is preferred for driving specialized vehicles. Reliability and Agility: Must be a reliable, agile, and flexible team member, capable of managing physical tasks efficiently. Problem Solving: Strong ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills to address challenges on-site. Zero Tolerance for Drugs and Alcohol: Must adhere to a strict zero drug and alcohol tolerance policy at all times.
