Our internationally acclaimed and recognised as one of the world’s most iconic Geothermal bathing and Day Spa experiences, located in the heart of the North Island’s tourist mecca of Rotorua, reporting to the Plant & Property Manager, we are seeking a customer focused individual to join our fabulous team. This role is a key element to our business enabling our customers to enjoy a welcoming and remarkable bathing experience in our Geothermal wonderland. The Role: Working as part of a team, it delivers plenty of variety, maintaining the consistent delivery of a clean, well-maintained premises for our customers. Ensuring we produce a high level of hygiene and cleanliness is a key focus for our business in line with health and safety protocols. In addition, being able to identify issues and assisting with basic general maintenance and corrective solutions as they arise.

Job Requirements
Reporting to the Plant & Property Manager, customer focused individual working as part of a great team, adapting to plenty of different work variety, maintain a clean workplace for our customers, ensure a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in line with health and safety protocols, able to identify issues and assisting with basic general maintenance and corrective solutions as they arise, you need to be comfortable working in and around water due to the nature of our business, a high standard of interpersonal and communication skills, a courteous and professional “can-do” attitude, the ability to wear multiple hats and deliver on tasks in a timely and accurate manner, flexible work culture, opportunity to grow with this full-time opportunity.
