ACE Co-ordinator

Program Development and Implementation Develop and implement ACE programs across the region. Ensure adherence to current ACE Guidelines, as outlined in the REAP Aotearoa ACE Guidelines. Tailor programs to meet the specific needs of target communities. Foster community involvement in program development through ongoing dialogue. Collaborate with community groups and isolated communities to address their unique needs. Prioritize bringing programs to learners rather than requiring them to travel to central locations.

Be punctual and work the hours and times specified. Prioritize workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard. Support and help develop a positive workplace culture. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills. Responsibly manage all business resources within accountability levels.
