Scrap Yard Operator

HASTINGS: We require two responsible, reliable and punctual workers who can: - Identify ferrous and non-ferrous, identification skills - Good public relations, able to interface with customers - Competent forklift skills - Competently and are skilled as a operator of a small excavator - Experience in metal reduction compression machine We are looking for: -Previous metal recycling experience (at least 1 year) - All successful applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test, to meet Health and Safety requirements - Applicants must consent to a Ministry of Justice back ground check e.g. for Scrap Licence -They must be physically fit and enough strength to perform manual tasks - Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation - They must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and work unsupervised -Be reliable and punctual. You must hold a Full driver licence, preferably hold a OSH or F endorsement, be able to pass a drug test and have some relevant experience.
