GISBORNE: The Rehabilitation Coach is responsible for carrying out clients' rehabilitation and care plans to assist with enabling their lives. Role includes but not limited to: Supporting clients and their families/whanau by establishing a sense of respect, security and trust. Working with a team to ensure clients receives timely and appropriate care. Greet visitors, answer phones and adapt communication style to suit individual’s needs. Record notes, chart and make plans.Looking for polite, respectful mannered individuals. Ideally you will have some experience preferably in healthcare, community work, caregiving, support services or aged care. You must hold a minimum of a Restricted driver licence and have the ability to obtain a full driver licence within the next month or currently hold a Full DL. First aid cert. and relevant qualifications are an advantage. You must be able to pass a MOJ check.
Job Requirements
