Warehouse Manager

Preferably with household experience either on the road or in the warehouse. Packing Materials: Control of packing materials in and out of the warehouse Stock Control : Accurate stock records to be maintained. Stock levels to be monitored and orders placed at the beginning of each month. Monthly stock checks to be completed Containers: Containers Ensure all Import, Export, Linehaul and Storage containers are loaded and unloaded in a timely manner so we void any unnecessary detention charges. Ensure all hired containers are utilised or returned as required. All Import and Export containers are to be clear of any rubbish before being returned to the port. Warehouse staff: Monitor all warehouse staff and ensure they are suitably engaged during the working day. Monitor all road crew when they are utilised in the warehouse. Ensure all staff are fully uniformed. Storage Records: All stored goods to be recorded accurately and noted on the Storage Spreadsheet and location sheets. All storage records are to be kept accurate and up to date on a daily basis. Other general duties as the employer may reasonably require. Experience in an MPI / Customs facility an advantage. Must have Class 2 Licence. Forklift and hoist experience preferable.

To be responsible and faithful performance for the tasks mentioned. Reporting to Operations Manager. Class 2 and Forklift experience.
