Duties for the role include:

• Making Great Coffee! • Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. • Develop and implement strategies to grow the cafe's business, including marketing initiatives and community partnerships. • Support programs aimed at reaching and supporting students, fostering a sense of belonging and community. • Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to integrate social services into cafe offerings.
