Despatch Coordinator

A Seaview Lower Hutt Employer is looking for a Despatch Coordinator to join their team in a supportive environment and a great place to work.
You will be providing excellence in customer services for their customer base by,
• Answering customer enquiries/requests. • Scheduling daily work for operators. • Monitoring and managing routes. • Coordinating drivers. • Informing customers of any operational delays.

Job Requirements
• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. • Logistics experience would be an advantage. • Must have excellent computer skills, the ability to learn inhouse systems and MS office skills. • Maintaining good relationships with all customers as well as other staff members. • Must be able to pass an MOJ check as well as drug and medical check. No convictions • Please note position will be paid monthly as payment is a salary.
