Sawmill Labourer

A fulltime position is available for a Sawmill Labourer based past Wallacetown.
This position will involve breaking down logs, sawing into timber, cutting to length, stacking and making up orders to be dispatched as well as work available in pallet sheds making domestic and export grade pallets.
This is a busy full on physical role with sometimes heavy lifting. Experience would be useful however will train someone who has the drive and determination to learn and to do this quickly. This is a full-time role: Monday to Thursday 7-5pm and 7-4pm on Friday.
You will be working with machinery, such as drills, hammers, nail guns, and different saws so an emphasis on health and safety in the workplace is essential.
Job Requirements
Must have a current driver licence with your own reliable transport. A forklift endorsement will be an advantage. You must be able to pass a relevant police check and drug test to apply. Must have an updated CV with contactable references.
