Join the team at NZ's largest locally owned and operated hospitality group as a Night Porter/ Guest Service Attendant
The Night Porter aspect of the role will include meeting, greeting and checking-in late guest arrivals, responding to guest enquiries, overseeing the security of the hotel property and reporting any incidents or concerns to the Front Office Manager and ensuring both the public and reception areas are kept clean. There would be 2-3 Night Shifts per week
When not working as a Night Porter your role for 2-3 day shifts a week would be as a Guest Service Attendant, this would involves supporting other areas of the Hotel such as the Front Office, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping teams with a range of duties
This role will suit someone with great customer service skills, a good work ethic, positive attitude and flexibility around days & times they can work.

Strong Communication Skills Positive Attitude Strong Work Ethic. Must be available to works some night shifts Full Drivers Licence
