We are based in Port Whangarei and have an exciting opportunity in our rapidly growing team. You will be joining a fun and supportive group and be responsible for performing filter change service and routine system checks on our HRV ventilation, Water systems and Heat pumps. The role involves getting out and about, visiting people’s homes from Puhoi to the Cape, servicing their HRV units. Do all this, while providing a fabulous customer experience. While you will have a great amount of autonomy, you will be working closely with the wider team. Your appointments are booked for you by the call centre team, and you are responsible for visiting customers in their home, completing scheduled service and ensuring customer satisfaction. There is a need to work within confirmed spaces as the system is accessed in roof cavities.
Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of restricted licence (clean) - Pass initial drug test then random throughout employment - Must be reliable - Must be able to drive long distances and do stay-overs across Northland - Hours a flexible – start day usually 8am – 6pm but changes - Fit through roof cavities - Pass MOJ
