Accept and check deliveries of coffee supplies, food stock, and packaging, ensuring they match invoices, and organize them in storage areas. Use inventory systems to track stock levels, label items, and ensure timely restocking of essential supplies. Safely move goods using tools like pallet lifters and hand trucks, and prepare items for kitchen use or customer service. Collaborate with store management and team members to meet operational goals and maintain excellent customer service standards. Label and arrange items neatly for easy access by kitchen and cafe staff while following health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure and efficient work environment. Candidate should have either of the following: - NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent, OR At least one year of relevant experience. -Physical fitness and the ability to handle goods safely. -Must be ready to work on weekends when required. -The candidate must be flexible and willing to work shifts as per the store's operational requirements. This may include split shifts, depending on how busy or quiet the store is at different times. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage inventory accurately. -Basic computer skills for stock tracking and management. -A proactive approach to teamwork and an ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
