Foreman - Garden & Lawn Maintenance

Are you experienced in horticulture and passionate about leading a team? We’re seeking a dedicated Foreman to join our growing garden and lawn maintenance business. This full-time role is hands-on, requiring both physical labour and team leadership.

About the Role: As a Foreman, you’ll be responsible for: •Organising and leading daily staff activities. •Monitoring and participating in scheduled projects. •Managing a variety of tasks, including garden and lawn maintenance, tree care, pruning, hedge trimming, and soft landscaping projects.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have: •Horticultural experience, including tree and fruit tree pruning. •Knowledge of small engines and mechanical equipment. •Horticulture or landscaping qualification (preferred). •Strong organisational skills and the ability to oversee daily operations.
