Administration Superstar Wanted! A local charity is looking for a dedicated and reliable Administration Superstar to join their team in a permanent part-time position. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including managing shop banking, bank reconciliation, processing payment batches, wages, and accounts payable. You will also handle phone calls, address general enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
The position requires availability from Tuesday to Thursday, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Job Requirements
Experience with Xero Accounts payable background preferred Strong customer service skills Must have a full driver’s licence Must pass pre-employment Ministry of Justice (MOJ) / Police check and drug test
