Gardner Labourer

• Assisting the team in routine work such as loading/unloading garden supplies and material • Assisting the Gardner accomplishing the tasks • Assisting in planning trees, flowers etc • Assisting in maintenance of sites by watering, weeding and mowing • Cleaning site area and removing unnecessary stuff • Operating equipment and machinery to do the job/task • Duties carried out in an efficient, professional, and enthusiastic manner and to a high standard • Timing requirements of client are met • Ability to work unsupervised • Sufficiently fit and agile to enable safe work practices • Ability to communicate and provide professional advice to a variety of internal and external clients • Opportunity based in Hamilton All machinery, tools and equipment is operated in an efficient and safe manner • Required machinery, tool and equipment maintenance is carried out in accordance with the agreed maintenance schedule so as to ensure efficient and economic operation.

• The candidate should be comfortable working in rostered shifts between Monday to Sunday. • Available to work on weekends • Available for early morning shifts. • Physically fit and healthy, with the ability to perform heavy lifting (e.g., loading and unloading machines). • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history is preferred and be able to drive the company’s car to visit different sites. • Good teamwork skills and attention to detail. • Must be proficient with technology and own a smartphone for accessing work instructions and applications. • Drug test required. • Police clearance is required .
