Prepare and cook a variety of Mediterranean dishes, including kebabs, grilled meats, salads, and side dishes Create and present dishes according to the menu specifications, ensuring consistency in taste and quality Manage daily kitchen operations, including preparing ingredients and organizing the workstation. Ensure efficient time management to meet service demands during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food storage areas Adhere to food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food. Conduct routine equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions promptly. Communicate effectively with the service team to meet customer expectations Customize dishes based on customer dietary preferences or requirements. Ensure timely preparation and serving of food to dine-in and takeaway customers
