About this job
• Prepare Authentic Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, naans. • Maintain Quality and Consistency: Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation. • Menu Development: Assist in planning and developing new menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings. • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, portion control, and inventory management. • Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. • Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, manage ingredient orders, and reduce waste by optimizing ingredient usage. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, managing kitchen workflow and ensuring smooth coordination during service. • Customer Satisfaction -Adapt dishes based on customer feedback
Job Requirements
Must be an experienced chef who can cook Indian food Food & Hygiene cert
