We are looking for a self-starter with a high level of initiative, boundless energy, passionate about engaging a team and capable of delivering exceptional customer focused results in our Balmoral restaurant.
You must have a proven track record of leading a busy Maccas restaurant, especially looking for someone who has left the business ready to come back on board providing a good depth of skills gained elsewhere. You will have the McDonalds RLP / LGR qualification, this is a pre-requisite. Tertiary education is an advantage. Salary package will be presented based on experience, skill level and positive references. Monthly bonus program designed to support high achievers to earn over $85k per year plus wellness benefit. All other tools to support your role are offered - phone, laptop etc. Right package, for right candidate will be offered. To be successful in our group, you will be customer centric, excel in achieving business results, excellent communicator and ability to inspire those around you. You will work varied shifts to lead your team where customers visit us most. Other attributes we will be looking for are: • Excellent numerical and administrative skills and highly organized • Business focused, resourceful, exceeds targets and enjoys challenges. • Time management to ensure all time driven tasks are met • High level of cleanliness standards • Exceptional delivery of all food safety related tasks • HR and interpersonal skills to lead a large team

Job Requirements
To be considered for this role: • All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience at Restaurant Manager level.
