Customer Service Officer
About this job
A busy Shipping Co in Auckland is looking for full time documentation support officer. Be the 1st point of contact for all customer care enquiries - Ensure adherence to responsiveness KPIs on NOVA (Internal System) & Phone queues - Provide high quality & consistent service to group customers & work towards customer outreach (via regular calls / QBRs / Meetings) - Drive performance in collaboration with internal stakeholder - Premier / VIP / Elite customer Management - be the Voice of the Customer and deliver optimum customer experience.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a shipping company environment or freight forwarding

- 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
