Payroll, Accounts, and Office Administrator

An employer specialising in staffing solutions is seeking an experienced Payroll, Accounts and Office Administrator to ensure the smooth running of office operations. While experience is essential, training will be provided to help you thrive in the role. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, has exceptional attention to detail, and excels in managing multiple responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Payroll Management • Process payroll for 100+ staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with New Zealand regulations. • Manage timesheets in our CRM system and other payroll-related tasks. Accounts Management: • Maintain and reconcile accounts using Xero. • Oversee invoicing, and financial reporting. Office Administration: • Provide general administrative support to the team, including correspondence and document management. • Maintaining office supplies and equipment. • Data entry, and record-keeping. • Screening, interviewing and onboarding of new candidates.
Candidate requirements • Proven payroll experience, preferably for a medium-sized organisation. • Proficiency with Xero. • Strong computer proficiency. • Experience with Crystal payroll. • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • A proactive and problem-solving mindset. • Clean MOJ background check.
This is a full time office position 42.5 hours per week 8am - 5pm. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
