DAIRY FARM ASSISTANT - REPOROA

Are you passionate about the dairy industry? We are seeking two Dairy Farm Assistants who are motivated, hardworking, and ready to be part of a supportive and dynamic team. About You: • You have a genuine passion for working in the dairy field and a willingness to go the extra mile. • You work well in a team, follow rules, and maintain a calm and patient demeanour with the herd. • A strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and a drive to continuously learn and upskill are essential. • Work experience is preferred but not essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: • Twice-daily milking. • Fencing and general farm maintenance. • Feeding and calf rearing. • Maintaining shed hygiene and washing the yard. • Managing animal health and assisting with irrigation. • Weed control and other general farm tasks as needed.

Requirements: • A full driver’s license. (Restricted Considered) • At least two references. • Must be able to pass a drug test. • Must have a clean criminal record.
