Reservations Supervisor

An inner city hotel requires a Reservations Supervisor. Your duties will include; Yielding techniques to max occupancy, average rate & revenue; Monitor group holdings to ensure blocks are accurate & release periods are tracked; Manage effective Groups procedure, ensuring all groups are correctly processed & deposit due by dates monitored, as well as advising all departments of group activity; Adheres to & enforces Reservations & FO systems, procedures, company SOPs; Support Rooms & FO functions as needed; update system data, contracts, rates agreements & client info; Ensures thorough knowledge of hotel & guest facilities/services & verifies reservations agents are informed; Reviews no-shows & cancellations, processing charges per policy; Completes tasks assigned by the Revenue Manager in a timely and efficient manner; Conducts daily briefings & debriefings with the reservations team & attends department meetings as assigned; Manages time effectively, meets deadlines, proactively identifies & resolves issues; Provides assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or Business Management

- Available 7 days per week, weekdays and weekend roster, minimum 30 hours per week - up to 40 hours (40 hours per week)
