Shift Manager

Are you qualified as a Shift Manager in a McDonalds branch and are interested in returning to this position part-time or fulltime. Roles are available for qualified Shift Managers who are SMX or AYL qualified, and are interested in returning to the McDonalds environment. The Employer is not looking to hire from other McDonalds unless you are moving locations within NZ and have your Franchisee or Restaurant Managers support for a transfer, neither support a Work Visa. McDonalds are open 24-hours because they want their customers to be able to have access to their delicious menu at their convenience. Applicants will need to be available to occasionally work evenings 6pm – 3am but mostly overnight shifts from 9pm – 6am, as well as be available for some public holidays. Shifts will include some weekend shifts. You will be joining a large team of Managers, as they have a focus on strong management numbers. You will be given support to re-familiarise yourself with the McDonalds environment if it has been a while since you last worked with their company. It is a busy, challenging environment with friendly staff where you are working in a large well supported management team. The role is permanent and either full time 40 hours or part time 20 hours.
