We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the DCE International and Governance in Wellington CBD.
In this role, you will provide high-level support to the Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) and key stakeholders across the business.
Provide high-level support to the Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) and key stakeholders across the business. Key responsibilities include: • Acting as the primary point of contact for your group • Managing urgent, confidential issues and competing priorities • Proactively resolving issues and driving outcomes • Organizing diaries, travel, and internal/external engagements • Ensuring effective communication and relationships with senior leaders and staff • Screening calls, emails, and managing communications • Preparing documents, including meeting agendas, minutes, and action points • Supporting the governance function for the Executive Board • Assisting with internal/external functions and understanding business priorities and workflows • Supporting teams within International and Governance functions

Job Requirements
Key Qualifications: • Proactive, enthusiastic support for the DCE and leadership teams, with the ability to anticipate needs • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and workloads efficiently • Excellent judgment and initiative, willing to go the extra mile, including travel as required • Skilled in relationship building, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Experience supporting executives, managing diaries, budgets, travel, and administrative tasks • Strong analytical, database management, and system optimization skills • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Committed to ongoing personal and professional development • Ability to make informed decisions in functional or technical areas of expertise • Must be able to obtain and maintain "Secret" level security clearance
The successful candidate must have the following: - Clear MOJ - Pass drug test - Must be a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident who has resided in NZ for the last five years
