About your responsibilities
Daily Tasks: • Allocate duties to team members and coordinate with other Hotel Service Managers (housekeeping, finance, etc.). • Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff. • Maintain high service levels and contribute to health and safety guidelines and internal policies. • Identify and implement improvements within the Guest Experience team. • Manage staff rosters and live customer complaints. • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on guest feedback, complaints, and improvements. • Motivate, mentor, and retain staff. • Assume Guest Experience Manager duties in their absence. • Perform Reception and Night Audit duties, process guest transactions, and manage reservations. • Act as a Sojourn Hotel ambassador, welcoming and communicating with guests. • Ensure the security and safety of guests and employees.

Job Requirements
Ideally you will have at least 1 year hospitality experience and have worked in a serviced apartments hotel front office along with a Hospitality Management Diploma or Degree. Your previous customer service experience, communication skills and passion for service will ensure you have the skills to succeed in this role. It will be important that you are confident, great with people and promote a positive team environment.
Must have a clean MoJ check
You need to be flexible and willing to work on rostered shifts across 7 days, including weekends, weekdays and public holidays.
