Gisborne Family Restaurant are looking for a Chef. Experience working in commercial kitchen and be able to food prep. Must like being busy while delivering great food to the table and be able to cook a wide range of different food styles. The roles include a variety of shifts, experience with deep frying and grilling will be an advantage. Role require heavy lifting of pots, fry basket etc. Hours are rostered weekly must be able to work evenings and weekends. Keep work areas clean and tidy, and adhere to health and safety standards, maintain food supplies and cooking equipment to good standard, ability to take on extra duties as required if the kitchen is short staffed or busy.
Job Requirements
Preparing preps.. General kitchen & FOH Duties Previous experience in Restaurant work Cook Experience Hospitality Experience. Must be reliable, be able to pass a drug test. Past convictions considered on a case by case basis upon full disclosure.
