Receptionist/ Administrator
About this job
Seeking two Receptionists/administrators for health related business. Must have great customer service skills, working with patients both face to face and on the phone, well organised, cultural awareness, good initiative, and be presentable and reliable. Monitor waiting room to ensure patients are comfortable and be able to identify patients who may become very ill or upset. Attention to detail, be able to reconcile accounts at the end of the business day. Must be computer savvy and be able to navigate computer systems. Manage workflows. Full time and part time roles available.
Job Requirements
Applicants must be calm, have the ability to manage any situation you might be faced with and have a caring nature. Computer and administration skills.
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment police check and pass a drug test if required.

- Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5pm. (40 hours per week)
