Senior Waiter

A leading international hotel requires Senior Waiters to join their team. Serve guests in multiple F&B outlets in the hotel providing 5-star service. Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean and provide quality beverages and food products. To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times. Bus tables or retrieve trays and/or carts from guest rooms. Establishes rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships. Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all Food and Beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.

Previous Food and Beverage experience, minimum 3 years in luxury hotel background. Experience of onboarding and training new staff. Friendly and enthusiastic to learn new things. The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team. The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5 star grooming standards. Valid visa or legal working rights.
