We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration and Conservation Specialist to join our team. This position involves overseeing and executing various beautification, conservation, and renovation projects for buildings and community resources, including restoring historical landmarks, updating public spaces, and managing resource conservation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building renovation, heritage conservation, and project management, with a passion for improving and preserving community infrastructure.

Job Requirements

Beautification and Conservation: Plan and implement beautification projects for buildings, parks, and other community resources. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of structures to identify conservation and maintenance needs. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with preservation standards and regulations. Renovation and Restoration:

Lead renovation and restoration projects, including historical buildings, public spaces, and infrastructure. Ensure that renovation projects meet historical accuracy, architectural integrity, and modern-day functionality. Manage the restoration process, including materials selection, restoration techniques, and budget tracking. Community Engagement and Collaboration: Work closely with local community members, organizations, and government bodies to gather input and ensure projects align with the community's needs and goals. Organize and lead community engagement events, workshops, and informational sessions related to restoration efforts. Updating Information and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, budget expenditures, and timelines. Update databases and public records with relevant project information, photos, and documentation. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on project outcomes, successes, and challenges. Sustainability and Resource Management:

Integrate sustainable practices into conservation and renovation projects to minimize environmental impact. Ensure that restoration and renovation efforts align with current environmental and sustainability standards. Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with grant applications and fundraising efforts for restoration and beautification projects. Monitor trends in restoration practices and technologies to continually improve the quality and efficiency of projects.
