Supervisor/Experienced Cellar Hand

A local winery is looking for Cellar Supervisors to work the 2025 vintage. If you want to be part of a fun and motivated harvest team, make some great award-winning wine, and create memories to last a lifetime then we want to hear from you! You will need to be able to lead, train and supervise a small team of people. This position requires a minimum of 2-3 vintages experience (no formal qualifications required). You’ll be performing tasks in the cellar and operating winey machinery. Having effective communication skills and being familiar with cellar operations will be key. You will make health and safety a priority and ensure all tasks are completed to a high-standard and efficiency is maintained. Hourly rate $30-32 per hour depending on experience. You will need to supply a current CV, cover letter and two referees.
Job Requirements
This position requires a minimum of 2-3 vintages experience (no formal qualifications required). Ability to work 12 hours per day, 6 days per week (weekends included). Minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed with a maximum of 72 hours per week during peak. All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
