Food and Beverage Attendants

Calling for front of house superstars, both food and beverage attendants and supervisors to join the team at an iconic local hotel restaurant and bar. Your role will be key to presenting the food and beverage facilities in the best light. You will be responsible for carrying out daily restaurant, bar and conference service and maintaining the high standards of customer service the Hotel is known for. Duties will include monitoring table reservations, handling guest enquiries, complaints and special requests promptly and professionally. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and food quality. You will uphold the restaurants policies and procedures and follow the supply of Alcohol Act. You will be have a good knowledge of the menu options and provide recommendations to guests. You will provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. You will maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and workstations.
