Store Manager- Takapuna

Store Manager required for a shop in Takapuna specialising in a delicious range of smoothies, juices, salads and wraps.

In this role you will be:

• Leading, training and motivating a team of employees to achieve store goals; • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints; • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment; • Preparing and serving food and beverages according to company standards; • Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently; • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures; • Completing administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.

Requirements To be considered for this role you will have:

• 1 year experience managing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Labour Costs; • A minimum of 1 year’s management experience working in a cafe, restaurant, food service business, or fast-paced retail environment • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday (8:30AM- 6:30PM)
