Savor Group is on the hunt for experienced Duty Managers to join the team! Ideally, you will have at least 1 year experience in a management role in a high volume venue, a fantastic attitude with exceptional care and understanding for the overall customer experience, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, the right to work in New Zealand and a current LCQ and managers certificate or the ability to get one. In this role you will be responsible for: Day to day operations of the venue including; staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times Legal compliance of the venue in particular to the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012 Assisting with events and group bookings Financial management ensuring costs (labour and goods) are well managed Assist with the training and development of junior team members Maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times The Benefits

Job Requirements
• 2-3 years in a similar management role and venue (high volume. Our venues do between 300-800 people per day per venue) o Restaurant style o Fine dining o Large functions and bookings • Has managed up to 20 Front of House staff at any one time • Hosting, organising bookings, and ability to manage the floor and seating plans • Good communication skills between front of house staff, kitchen staff, and customers • Ability to drive the team for sales, upselling, and service standards • Ability to handle complaints • Our customers expect very high quality products and service from us at all times, and it’s the team’s responsibility to make sure we deliver
