Routine Property Inspection Specialist
About this job
Property inspection specialist sought for North Shore Auckland company, preferably with Filipino language and preferred property management experience.
Regular property inspections are important for a healthy rental and a good relationship between landlord and tenant. You are the team’s eyes to well known the rental properties’ condition and the tenants’ feedback. You are required to have the following essential skills:
• Preferred Filipino language
• Preferred property management experience but not an essential
• Great communication skills in English
• Time management
• Ability to organise your tasks and schedules
• Willingness to keep learning professional skills (weekly training to all team members)
• Attention to details
• Sense of responsibility
Job Requirements
• Property management experience is preferred but not an essential
• Customer service skills would be an advance
• No criminal convictions
• Full driver's licence
• Pass a drug test
• Able to work in a local and Asian multi-cultural team.
• Filipino language would be an advance

- Mon – Fri 9am-5.30pm (40 hours per week)
