Retail Assistant Duty Managers

This Onerahi and Woodhill based retailer is looking for an experienced and motivated Retail supervisor/ Duty Manager to assist in the running of their store. Duties of this position include, but will not be limited to; managing stock levels, ordering stock, building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, maintaining financial records, hiring, training and rostering of staff, promoting the business and implementing effective merchandising, ensuring health and safety compliance, key holding duties that include reconciliation of cash, opening and locking and alarming of the premise all while providing exceptional customer service. You will have excellent communication skills both written and spoken, be physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved, hold an LCQ and Managers Certificate and have at least one-year proven experience in a similar supervisory role in the liquor industry, liquor product knowledge would also be advantageous.

Ideally someone who is agile, fit and able. Minimum 2 years experience If you have or are willing to train towards acquiring your LCQ and Duty Managers Certificate.

You must pass a pre-employment drug test and police check. You will hold a Full Class 1 Driver Licence.

Will need to pass MOJ to get Duty Managers licence.

Be able to work nights and weekends.
