Monitoring Centre Operator / Dispatcher

Matrix Security Group is looking for full time Monitoring Centre Operator / Dispatchers. Based in our Communications Centre, this role is responsible for the effective and timely communication to customers and emergency services, as well as co-ordinating the deployment of front-line operations personnel. What is important to being successful in this role:

*Previous experience in a contact centre environment or similar role is preferred *Strong attention to detail and the ability to monitor multiple activities simultaneously *Outstanding work ethics *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal *Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions *Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays *Problem solving and troubleshooting *Clear and precise communication with customers and emergency services *Quick response to all external and internal enquiries. This is: Full-time permanent role 12hrs / shift –permanent role 4 on 4 off rotating roster 36hrs per week /72hrs fortnightly

To be eligible for this role you must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand and have a current or can obtain a Certificate of Approval (COA). Refer to the PSPLA site for more information. Must Pass Drug testing. Must Pass MOJ. Must have Full Licence. Expected Attendance: 36hrs per week /72hrs fortnightly
