Ngaruawahia based employer is on the hunt for a hard working Retail Supervisor to join his team!!
• Managing the daily operations of the superette and the daily workload, and report directly to the store manager • Ensure the working hours are always covered by staff • Make staff rosters • To assist with all management tasks on a daily basis • To check and maintain stock levels and supplies • Ensure the stock is merchandised in a manner that dated stock is always separate • Ensure that all business transactions are recorded • Provide the customers with the best deal possible • Provide feedback to the management for any marketing changes or products • Promote good customer service • Train and supervise Junior staff as and when required • Ensure the store is always kept to a high cleaning standard • Ensure the health and safety rules regulations for the store and customers are followed at all times

Job Requirements
One year working experience can be substituted by a relevant qualification in a similar field Customer service experience in retail is a must Must pass drug test Must be available weekends

- Available Saturdays 7am to 3pm Weekdays 7am – 2pm (30 hours per week)
