Customer Service Representative
About this job
Customer Service Representatives play a crucial role in the business. In this role you will greet customers, tidy and fill the store and make coffee where required.
You will need to be a great communicator (with both customers and colleagues), enjoy selling food and coffee and working in a team environment.
High personal presentation and food safety is a must, as well as respecting the security and safety policies in place that are designed to ensure you go home safely every day.
This role is based in Wellington, across 2 sites: 1) AM shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm 2) Afternoon shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm (Johnsonville & Porirua) 3) PM shift: 9pm – 7am (Johnsonville)

Job Requirements
• Experience in retail or customer facing roles is preferred • Own transport and license preferred but not essential, MUST have reliable transport • CV required • Pass MoJ check and drug test • Available to start immediately!
