Are you a cook with 2 years’ experience read on Planning menus and estimating food and supplier's cost Ordering food supplies and managing the stocks Monitoring quality of food at all stages of preparation and presentation Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and kitchen staff Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures Preparing and cooking food Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations May select and train staff May freeze and preserve foods.
